Overlook Ridge – Malden

This was a 3 part project for Capitol.

Phase 1 consisted of 2,000 FT of roadway construction with 35,000 CY of blasting/ledge removal.

Phase 2 consisted of site development for 360 unit apartment complex with over 5,110 FT of Water/ Sewer/ Drainage Pipe installations, 40 Sewer and Drain Structure Installations. Infrastructure work consisted of 3,450 FT of granite curbing and 75000 SF of New Parking Lot Construction.

Phase 3 consisted of the site development for 420 unit apartment complex, included a 26,000 CY cut and fill excavation, 7,423 FT of Water / sewer / drain pipe installations, as well as 49 sewer & drain structures. Infrastructure work consisted of 4,400 FT of granite curbing and 92,000 SF of new parking lot construction.
