MACOM Headquarters – Lowell

This project consisted of a major 60,000 SF addition to MACOM’s Headquarters in Lowell. We worked with our client, Integrated Builders, to design pedestrian & traffic management plans because the existing HQ was fully operational during construction. It operated 24/hrs a day. Our services included a 29,000 CY excavation, installation of Geopiers, blasting and ledge removal. Additionally, they included major retaining wall work to create new access roads, 143,000 SF of new parking lots, 3450 FT of new sewer/drain piping, 36 Sewer & Drain Structures installed.
