Avalon Eaves Quincy

This project consisted of a very intricate water main replacement project for Avalon Bay at their property in Quincy. Capitol needed to work closely with the Town of Quincy to isolate sections of the existing water main loop to the property. The existing water main needed full replacement with new valves and was 10FT deep against the existing building in ledge. The building was a fully occupied, operational apartment complex and the water needed to stay active the entire time. We relayed 400 FT of 8 in water main without interruption.
