The Stack 99 Third Ave – Waltham

This project consisted of a new retail complex for the owner, Boston Properties. Capitol worked closely with Callahan Inc. and the City of Waltham on this project. One of the major milestones was installing a major sewer bypass system and a new 27 foot Deep Pump Station. Other services included: 24,000 tons of fill import, contaminated soil removal, new drainage infiltration systems, water insertion valves, Stonestrong retaining wall construction on the side of Rt 95 North, new parking lot and roadway construction.
