Alliance Broadstone – Billerica

This project consisted of a new mixed residential building with 211 units. We had close coordination with our client, Erland Construction, and MASS DOT in order to perform work within the Right of Way. SOE walls along the roadway were needed to help support building construction with close proximity to the existing road. The electrical infrastructure work was crucial to the project. The excavation consisted of ledge removal, a cut & fill of 16,000 CY, 2900 FT of sewer and drain piping, and relocating an existing live sewer force main on the neighboring property. This sewer relocation required a bypass to keep the neighboring property live.
