This project consisted of a new 281 unit apartment complex on an undeveloped 8 Acre Site for Trammel Crow Residential (our client). The timeline on this project was extremely tight. Our services included: complete tree clearing 8 acres, drilling/blasting 12,000 CY of ledge, installing 6000 FT of drain pipe, installing 47 sewer and drain structures, installing 2,225 FT of new water main, retaining wall construction, new primary underground electrical with ductbank, construction 100,000SF of new parking lot/roadways, offsite improvements for Town of Billerica.
